Vittia earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from l’Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in 2002. He is currently enrolled in graduate school where he is pursuing a master’s degree in rehabilitation with a concentration in pain evaluation and management at Université de Sherbrooke . Vittia is also studying to become a doctor of osteopathy at Académie d’Ostéopathie de Montréal. He is also an accredited member of the Fédération des Kinésiologues du Québec (FKQ).
While in university, Vittia completed three internships in three different health environments: prevention, cardiac rehabilitation and sports preparation for Les Citadins, the athletes of l’Université du Québec à Montréal(UQAM). As an intern, he also took part in developing research for Duchenne’s muscular dystrophy as well as a study of the elderly in conjunction with the YMCA and UQAM. For the past five years, he has worked as a trainer at Nautilus Plus.
Passionate about physical activity and healthy rehabilitation, Vittia continues his training in areas such as TRX, TRX RIP, Kettle bell, HIIT, ZERO DIET. In his free time, he practices Brazilian Jiujitsu and participates in various tournaments.
